We will collaborate with you on your initial concepts and designs. Together, we can refine your ideas, completed artwork, and prototypes into 3D printing files that are prepared for production. Our team utilises the most up-to-date 2D and 3D software tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Autodesk Fusion and Blender, and we are capable of working with all industry-standard STEP file formats.
We accept jobs of all sizes. We are among Australia's largest 3D print farms, designed specifically for high-volume parts production, just-in-time overflow manufacturing, and one-off architectural or sculptural pieces for firms and artists, often embedded with NFT or RFID identifiers.
Our equipment includes professional FDM and SLA printers from Bambu Lab, Prusa, Raise3D, and FormLabs, capable of producing high-quality prints at 0.1mm resolution. They can handle large projects up to 500x500x600cm, increasing model strength while eliminating the need for multi-part assembly.
We also run CO2 and high-resolution diode laser cutting and engraving machines in our 200 square metre space, enabling integrated end-to-end parts fabrication ranging from a few millimetres to 1200 x 600 cm.
Our 3D printing machinery is capable of accommodating a wide variety of advanced polymers and resins, such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, PP, HIPS, PVA, Nylon, and composites that are infused with wood, metal, carbon, Kevlar, or glass. Additionally, we are able to print with flexible TPE and TPU, and we provide support for the complete range of Formlabs Form 4 and 4B resins.
